I loved them both too, it was a close call, but I loved Shipwrecked just that tiny bit more and I couldn't tell you the reason why, it must be down to just loving the story that little bit more. i'm so helpful la ti dah xx

i am not taking part this year, i will be just reading :) i prefered your 2008 story plotwise...but i still enjoyed your last one too :)

As always, my opinions are like, the least popular. ;)

I preferred Inanimate Objects as a personal plots preference. It was angsty, it was frustrating, and most important for me - it was real. A lot of the ideas were really fresh, which grabs me in this fandom like nobody's business, and some of those images were so vivid that they stuck with me for forever.

However: I also loved Shipwrecked, and I would venture a guess by the poll results and just by fandom standards that most people prefer that sort of thing - a little more cliched, maybe, but there's a lot of comfort in that. (Hell, I love to read the sappier cliches as much as the next girl.)

But I know I'll love pretty much anything you write, and I think you know that you'll just need to write from the heart. ♥ (Aww, now look who's into sappy!) If you want to email me plot point brainstorming, etc, you know I'll be happy to help. :) Take care, sweetheart!

Aww... sweetie thank you thank you so much!! Inanimate objects is my personal favorite too, if I may humbly say so.. for that exact reason you articulated so much better than i could :) I chose a cliched plot element - psycho fangirls - but tried to write a unique take on it, focusing on the aftermath and the psychological impact of it, which... I'm so glad that YOU get and liked. And as always, your support is all I need, so thanks again sweetie :) *hugs you tight and never lets go*

I'm going to email you with a plot document in a couple of days - trying something "different" (least I hope so hehe) again this time.

Hope you're doing well sweetheart :) *hugs*

;) I can't wait!

And, well, since you're just writing for my approval, I'll sit back and make myself a cup of tea. :P ::hugs you:: You're a fantastic writer, sweetheart, and I do hope you know that there are a few of us holdouts who like to read the "different" things.

(besides, Inanimate Objects had all that amazing creepy religious imagery and loss of faith, you know I eat that up. :P)

Usually I like non AU fics, but I like your Shipwrecked because of your portrayal of Jared. He's, like, a very weak and yet a very strong person! I like him there. I wish you write more of the verse. :D

Hiya, seems like someone's a bit intimidated by the other 499 contestants, eh? ;-)

I think both of your bigbang stories were great, although I liked shipwrecked a bit more, since Jared is the less fortunate in that story, plus I loved the beginning with the bar scene.

I don't think you should think of your stories as to which one was better or how many people are going to submit their stories beside you. You should only write a bigbang story, if you really want to and enjoy the process of writing it.

Whatever happens I'll always read your stories! ;-)

I'd have to say I loved Inanimate Objects more, just because of the utter loving heartbreak of the plot and narrative style. It was a compelling new mix of established relationship and get-together fic. Not to mention that Kyra, as a OC was brilliant.

Shipwrecked was hard to say bad things about, because it wasn't that I liked it less, it was just that i didn't like it AS MUCH, y'know?

Darling, I can't wait for big band 2010. You seem to re-invent your whole writing style every time you make one of these epics, and it's always for the better <3 Good luck!

Thank you sweetie :) For some insane reason Inanimate objects is just closer to my heart than the other one heh. Maybe I have a thing for the underdog ;P

And well, I still don't know what I'm doing for bigbang 2010 :( Hoping inspiration will strike sometime soon, its already the end of Feb and that means I only got 2 months left and you know the speed at which I write *headesk* :D

How you doing sweetheart? *hugs*
